Release notes - July 2024: Deprecated and Not-Yet-Live Nodes

Jul 4, 2024 11:16:52 AM

We're back with another release right before it's time for some lazy days in the sun. This time, we take a look at the integration management part of Starlify and see the whole picture as it is.

New features ✌️

Deprecated and Not-Yet-Live Nodes

We bring you this feature to improve the integration management part of Starlify. Until now, it's been hard to see and manage deprecated or not yet live nodes. With this update, you can effortlessly visualize and anticipate your ecosystem's current and upcoming changes. The node color is set based on the live and deprecation dates. If the node is live, it has its node-type color; if it is deprecated or not yet live, it is gray or dimmed.

How do I do it? You set the depreciation or "go-live" date under the node's details panel.

  1. Right-click on the node you want to set as "inactive", and open up the details panel.
  2. Go to the properties tab and choose a Go Live or Deprecation date
  3. Boom, your node is now grey or dimmed in the graph.

The whole feature of visualizing inactive nodes makes it easier to plan and manage your integration landscape.

Coming Soon 🚀

We keep pushing for new and improved features and aim to give you an even better experience. Some nice features are coming up!
